Shipping policy
Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
Shipping Rates & Delivery: We currently ship within the United States. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.
- Standard Shipping: 5–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days (where available)
Order Tracking: Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this to track your package directly through the carrier's website.
Damaged or Lost Packages: If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at [your contact email]. We'll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
